I want to check if I'm understanding the usage in-game correctly.

If I have Spell Combat & Spell Strike enabled, and I use Touch of Fatigue as my "default" attack, my Magus will make all her attacks (based on BAB, Haste...) and then make another one at her highest attack to deliver the Touch of Fatigue, correct? And all attacks suffer -2 to hit.

Thanks in advance!

the other way around. You will cast your spell, then make all attacks at -2, starting with 2 full bab ones(3 with haste). The main downside(apart from -2) is that you don't get to apply 1.5 str to attacks for two-handing a weapon doing that. And since you apply the spell to your weapon it will discharge on the 1st successful hit.

Alright, that's close enough. The main thing is that I'm using it correctly to get the extra attack granted by the spell.

Thanks!

Also nice to know that twohanding a onehanded weapon is properly implemented.
