Surely I'm not the only one, but I've only seen people talk about this when it crashes their Mac.

I'm on macOS Mojave, with both a 5k iMac from 2014, and a 2018 MacBook Pro. The game always updates via GoG Galaxy without issue, but on both machines, as soon as I click Play, both machines will completely freeze (forcing me to hard reboot) when it gets to "Syncing Cloud Saves". I've completely deleted on both machines using AppCleaner (which removes residual files, not just the app bundle), and reinstalled, but to no avail.

I really miss playing this game, but I can't get into at all right now. :-/

Hello.
Do you have integrated video card? Or Citrix? Virtual video adapters mess with Unity pretty hard.

Dedicated GPU on both systems. Radeon Pro 560x 4GB vram and Radeon m295x 4GB vram. For the record, on both machines, I was able to play without issue until sometime about a week ago (sorry, I forget which update).

Also, I was only posting this here because it seems like it's related to the cloud save feature, not the game itself.

my game does not do cloud saves anymore...I dont know why?

I recently stopped using mac. For some reason nothing runs well game wise on mac. I had the same problem with syncing cloud saves. I believe you have to turn it off(cloud sync). Click on "more" near the play button, then go to settings, turn off cloud saves. Or just get a PC ;)

its a GOG thing not a pathfinder thing

I turned it all off, doesn't help. All I can do is hope for the next big patch to fix it.

Haven’t figured it out yet. Turning cloud saves off does nothing for me. Just makes the whole system freeze when the executable launches.

I have contacted Owlcat games about this issue and Im hoping for a reply... Hope we can soon get to play the game again
