Well, it's unlikely you'll get an answer here as it's not an issue with the game. Most likely your connection is to blame, especially if you're using a mobile connection to download such large pieces.

My advice would be to try using a wired connection (ethernet), a good wifi if you don't have access to a wired connection or (unfortunately), find a decent internet provider if your's doesn't allow either.
