Most CRPG´s sooner or later get an item data base somewhere on the interwebs with all the weapons/rings/armor and so on and where to find them, anyone know if there is any such site up yet or up in an unfinished state?

not that I know of. I use memory instead. there are only so many decent items - not hard to remember where you found them.

with so many items its hard to remember them all, especially ones you don´t use in a playthrough, like a really good shield if not using a sword and board char for example, and always nice to be able to check what items exist so you can plan out your toon from the get go. :)

I was thinking about writing down the really good ones, but now I'm finishing my 2nd play-through and I found that as long as I remember hidden ones and know what I will get sooner or later I don't really need to.
Your enGB.json file in Kingmaker_Data > StreamingAssets > Localization contains the text for all the items in the game, but no database AFAIK
