I would like to know if the Linxia quest is scripted? The event is impossible to remove and I am almost on the verge of revolt because of this (stability almost at zero).

How far did you progress? Did you get the first event outside your throne room (for me this was directly after her meeting me in the throne room) in the capital with Linxia harassing your people?

The next event should be a chance to talk with whom she is seeking (Darven, also at your capital) which should point you to the first confrontation. I can't remember what triggered this second event, but it wasn't too long after the first one for me in the capital. I would probably suggest perhaps leaving your capital for some other errand, and then come back to the capital and check the capital area again to see if you can trigger the event with Darven.
