On windows C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Kingmaker should have a output_log.txt, if the game crashes a crashdump is also located at C:/Users/<user>/AppData/Local/Temp/Owlcat Games/Pathfinder Kingmaker/Crashes

Welp, doesn't looks good at all. Reinstall would take a few hours. Now where's that Animate Dead scroll...

Not to brag or anything, but I've not used Galaxy at all. Been using the old GOG downloader client to get the files. And managing the patches myself. I've never had one of these fail-to-launch problems.

I decided to do it for me a long time ago, as i had similar problems as the OP at some other game.
Using galaxy does solve a lot of problems.
