I downloaded the game pathfinder:kingmaker but I am not able to start it, it only arrives to the screen with the letter (closed), or a character creation screen unfinished, can you help me to get this game running?

I did not have this problem myself, but it sounds like the one described in the following two threads:

They describe a couple of work-arounds for you to try.
