Hey, I'm already in chapter 5, but I've never gotten the option to build the academy of magic or the sword lord academy. Is there anyone that can tell me what prerequisite I need to achieve to unlock it?

I always thought, you must have a certain alignment for being able to build it. i am chaotic good and cannot build it either.

And regarding the academy of magic: i guessed, its connected to the level of the arcane level. At some point, you have leveled high enough to unlock this building. But thats just a guess, as the upgraded always needs an eternity to achive and i was never able to get this high levels.
