brassi77: I'm on my third try of this game. My third cleric. My first two I stopped because their domain powers didn't work. I picked animal domain this time. I hit level 4 and picked a companion and he never showed up, not can I find some sort of ability anywhere to summon it. I figured i needed to rest to get it to show up. Nope. But, before resting I cleared all the major fights of the tree area, including that flying head, and the save before leveling up to lvl 4 is now pretty old.

Am I missing something? How do I get it? If it is just supposed to show up should I push through to level five and see if picking boon companion feat makes him show up? Its a leopard if the bug is specific to that companion.

I really don't feel like restarting over again due to bugs, If this is another bug stopping another attempt to play this is there any way gog would refund me? I want to buy and support this game, but at this point if this playthrough is another dud due to bugs I'd rather wait until it works somewhat consistently and I'm not just wasting me time.

dessoul: When octavia gets her spell for changing into a dragon, she can only do it via abilities. (its the second dot? on top of the spell line on the bottom.)
The first one is for spells. the second one for abilities and the third one for items, scrolls and so on.

Have you checked the second dot(?) ?
