So I have a quest where I have to go to Pitax for tournament. And I cannot find it anywhere on the map. How do I travel there?

You can use your kingdom map to view the region it's supposed to be in.
Pitax is far to the west, past the narlmarches. You will have to cross that river, and there are only a few locations where you can do so.

Advance in the main story, to get an invite into pitax, not sure if you can enter earlier.
