sktaddr4: So we're missing patches before 1.06 on Windows, patches after 1.05 on Linux, and all patches (?) on Mac.

Is there an official place to report missing patches to GOG? The situation hasn't budged for a week or so on Linux so it seems they aren't aware they are missing.

Even though the patches are large, the total size of the patches is still much less than downloading the whole installer again, at least up through 1.0.5, and patches can be cumulative if made that way.
It looks like we won't be having incremental linux patches for a while due to the inability of the GOG systems to keep up with the current update rate by developer. The response to my ticket was...

"Unfortunately we had to stop generating patches for the game due too technical limitations. The patches you have mentioned will not be implemented, and the only way to put them into effect is to re-download the game's installer and installing it from scratch.
The future patches however may be generated after the patching process slows down." (2018-10-22 GOG response to Request #323542)
GOG gave me the same response to my ticket, despite my ticket being for Windows. This is annoying as not needing a download management software is one of my main reasons to buy from GOG instead of Steam. It means that the next time I choose between GOG and Steam, I'm more likely to pick Steam.

Oh, too bad :(

Well thanks for submitting a ticket, anyway.

I'm loving the game itself, it's good! Just wish GOG had a better process in place.
