Hello. AS described, it's seems to be true. Although they are shown as available at main game page, you cannot actually add them to the cart. So cannot download them.

What is the problem with them?

Your country is set to Russia. As of March 3rd, Russian and Belarusian users can't use the store. https://www.gog.com/en/news/suspending_sales_in_russia_and_belarus

No, no, I mean those DLC packs cannot even be shown. Their pages aren't loading at all. Meanwhile I still can add other games to cart and purchase them.
So, are they bugged? I have read about some file corruption related to one of those DLC.

Both work just fine here.

Sorry, but I am sure. These links didn't work for me even 6 months ago when I bought the game. Smth in the gog market. I can see other free DLC, but not these ones.
