am i the only one having issues to play this game after the latest patch (2.0.2, june, 10)? everytime i try to run the game i'm stucked in the first time loading screen, worst, i can't access the task manager after ctrl-alt-del and must reboot the system, anyone else having this issue?

if your talking about the dark screen with the music still playing in the background on first load, after installing the patch, it is most likely fixing your previous save files. that takes time. it did the same thing when updating from 1.3.3 to 2.0.0 and from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1 :

let it run its course.

Nope, you are not the only one. Game is crashing after first loading screen, before main menu is shown. Everything was great before the patch. Any suggestions? (graphical driver are up to date, computer has been restarted).

i did this and the game started again, but the previous black screen continued opened and playing the musical score, then i had the game running and the music from the black screen at the same time, it was driving me nuts... lol!!! well, i'll give another try, let's see what happens....

as pen311 suggested i let the game run and now it's working properly :)
