So i played the game years ago in 2022 and decided to reinstall it and play through again. Sadly have an account problem where my game was removed AND order history was deleted showing that i didn't buy anything. BUT of course i still have my bank account which showed me buying in november 2022 like i remembered, yet GOG has removed any transaction or history of the game even though I played through 2 times during those months. So not withstanding me getting ahold of GOG support to find out what the hell they are doing..

Anyone else have their copy of the game removed? it was a basic copy if i remember i was wondering if they just deleted and removed the old copy when the newer version was put on the site. It's still crooked they removed my order history also even though I paid for the game, but that will get sorted out with the customer service ripping me off.

But just checking, if anyone had an old copy of the game from years ago suddenly not in your account anymore for some reason.

GOG doesn't normally do that. There are many people here with the old versions of Fallout 1 and 2 even though they were replaced by newer versions to reflect the new ownership of the franchise. I also still have a few games that are delisted and a free(!) code I had for a delisted game was still valid many years after the game was delisted.

So it's most likely something went wrong by accident and I expect GOG support will fix it for you.

well after contacting customer support they did an amazing job not only figuring out what the problem was, but doing some good detective work and finding out that i not only had 1 order, the one i was searching for but a 2nd order from a month after the first that i couldn't account for.

So simply giving them my charging CC number, they hunted down the 2 missing orders and now everything is fixed. Nice job customer support. I KNEW i had played those games years ago i just didn't know what happened.

If any actual mods etc visit the forums, you can delete or lock this topic problem was fixed asap.
