Hi Does this game come with a manual as im not familiar with this game, i understand its similar to D&D but a bit more the game play and particulary on chatacter creation would be helpful

not really.
there is my guide and DF1871's guide that might help.
on the basics you can refer to https://www.d20pfsrd.com/ it is mostly accurate for the game apart from a few liberties
