Recently, transferred over save files from my old computer. Fired up good ole Pathfinder, and all mercenary/custom made characters have their portraits blank. Was able to correct the main character portrait. Sadly, all my custom characters, including the ones within Varnhold campaign. Do not have the custom portraits, which are in their proper spots. Allocated to the character sheets. Anyway to correct this?

Most likely, paths to the portraits have changed. You could edit your saves to fix it.
