I'm fuming with rage right now, the game is broken beyond belief. I'm frustrated as hell and using all my mental power to not just cures at you.

Chapter 5 is unplayable.

I couldn't enter Pitax, was stonewalled at the border over and over and over again, supposed invention never triggered, I was made aware I was supposed to go there when quest "Lightrush Tournament" failed, the problem is I was never given that quest I had no idea timer was on until was over. I had no way to get to the Whiterose abbey and maybe there continue the story because of not being able to cross the border. I skipped 6 months in hope maybe something will trigger but I was just casually informed I lost and I can load a game (which would be useless as I tried to reload the game many times) or just to get lost and start a new game. realizing your product in such a broken state is unprofessional and outright offensive for the amount of money you requested for your game. The only experience now I correlate with your company is anger, deep disappointment, and frustration. I will never buy anything from you again.

If you want Owlcat to hear your complaint, then the GOG forum is a very bad place to do it.

You skipped 6 months. That's a guarantee recipe for trouble in one form or another.

They have email.
I've taken to creating a number of save files. For example, the Tiefling Sorcerer "Tyraniel" that I'm playing now has a set of saves that looks like this:

Quick Save 3
Autosave 1
Quick Save 1
Tyraniel - Current Save
Quick Save 2
Autosave 2
Autosave 3
Tyraniel - Level 11
Tyraniel - Level 10
Tyraniel - Chapter 3
Tyanriel - Level 9
Tyanriel - Level 8
Tyanriel - Level 7
Tyanriel - Level 6
Tyraniel - Chapter 2
Tyanriel - Level 5
Tyraniel - Level 4
Tyraniel - Level 3
Tyraniel - Level 2

I always encourage everyone to do likewise. Create permanent save files at every level-up. Create them at the starts of new chapters. Hell, create them at any landmark moment. I've had to restart from scratch too many times on too many characters. Sometimes you'll rewind further than you'd want, but it always beats starting from the beginning.

Note that you NEED to tag your saves with a name. If Character A makes a save file called "Save 1" and Character B makes a save file called "Save 1" it'll erase and replace Character A's.

Thanks, i will do that. I really like this game. Im a huge fan of BG 1 and BG 2, its just sad that this game is in such bad state;/ its much better than it was 4 months ago but its still very frustrating when you need to start over and its not your fault

Yes, what a boring game. It could have been excellent, but was (still seems) too overwelming for the devs...

That's a habbit of mine with RPs anyway. I have nearly 20 different save files for my Pillars 2 game. It's just healthier this way. ;)
Its ok its not just Chapter 5 that is broken its the game. The difficulty level is all over the place stll and not having any ability to respec your character just sucks. You spec to face a few types of enemy and then at the end of the game it throws in masses of fey (and i mean masses) who just wreck you with unsavable fort will and reflex whilst they skip around dodging and resisting everything you throw at them, to top it off you cant even leave the f#@king house to change your team once you have entered it.

Sort your s@#t owlcats this game is frustrating as hell

At least give us a character builder so we can plan ahead.

For some reason you seem to think eveyone is a frigging pathfinder geek.

Jeez i mean how pissed would you be if you brought a car and found out you needed to have a degree in motor vehicles to be able to use it! All you would have is a new garden feature and no garage space.

All i have is a Desktop Icon and wasted HD space!
