I got a quest to tell Jhod about the elk temple once i'd been there.
I've now been there and returned to Jhod and while I can see him standing there I cannot interact with him. Can't speak to him.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug, does anyone know?

Are you returning to him at Oleg's or at the camp you found him at? I have seen him re-appair at the camp and he is not interactable there (likey due to the fact he should not be appearing there). If you return to Oleg's trading post that version of him should be able to be spoken to.
