So I've been to Steam Forums, Gog Forums and Owlcat Forums and this seems a constant bug but appearing at different times (i.e. different patches) for different builds for different people. Are there any real solutions out there for this other than wait for the next patch?

I get a sharing error in most cases but not always. Tried creating a new game and loading from there, tried loading multiple times, tried resetting defaults... nothing works. I read that there is a theory that it only happens early on in the game... but early on is a pretty relative term. But I also have ready that after certain patched people can only load old games and not newer ones.

Anyway, there is a ton of confusing information out there and just hoping for a bit of advice since I just picked up the game 2 days ago and essentially can't play it.
