As the title, can you retrain your character if you did something wrong, for instanse if you put a high INT when you really needed high CHA in the end is there any retraining scrolls or anything of the like from merchants?

And if not can you edit your toon in the save files somehow?

You could use something like Cheat Engine. Go to Fearless Revolution and download the latest table for Kingmaker. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
