The camera is continuously forcing the screen in a southeast direction. I can't figure out what's going on, but I know it's not a hardware issue on my end.

These kind of issues are usually caused by peripherals (gamepads, etc.) or drivers. In the case of peripherals, remove them. In the case of drivers, reboot and/or update.

Well, I feel like a complete knob. I didn't notice that my old MS Sidewinder 2 was still plugged into the back, with the force feeback off, so it was resting in the SE direction. So it actually was "a hardware issue on my end."

I'm really suprised that it hasn't caused a problem in another game...
I haven't used that thing in over a year lol.
