Bug report. I respec Jaethal at the tavern and after I'm done, she lost her perception bonus from stern gaze. Anyone got this too?

Bug reports here is basically pointless I'm afraid. But you can hit F11 in-game and send one directly to Owlcat. Probably unlikely to get fixed at this stage as they seem to have finished patching the game, but it's worth a shot. Make a proper description so they know what is wrong, what happens, with detailed steps if possible.
