I have downloaded the 'Bag full of Tricks' Mod from Nexus and it contains an option to rotate the camera.
But I don't get it to work.
I can access the mod in game, therefore I think I have installed it correct, but I cannot rotate the camera.
Can someone help me?

Wouldn't this kind of question be better asked of the modder at nexus?

Worked for me. Go to config for the mod (ctrl-f10 and select slider icon for it), go to Tools tab, enable rotation, and use the displayed configured keys. If that doen't work for you, as the above post mentions, you probably need to contact the mod author.
