As subject states, Tristian is walking as if slowed. Everyone else's walk speed is fine. Both Trisitian's and party encumbrance shows no penalty. He has no negative spells and it happens in dungeons and outside, whatever weather.

I want to say this is a bug but am not sure I am not missing something. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Have you checked that he doesn't have an ability active that slows him down. Something like Acrobatics/Mobility?

Thanks for the reply. Under his effects and conditions is just shows the same ones all the party has (kingdom buffs) I even turnecd on the Acrobatics and walked, it was even slower. Turn it off and it was back to the same slowed walk. Even took off all his equipment & weapons, nothing changes. Basically he walks and everyone else can run.

Try letting him walk through a Web or Tar Pit spell. I encountered a similar bug once, and when the effect from the spell wore off his walking speed retruned to normal.

I really wanted that to work, but alas, it did not. Thanks tho, it was worth a try.
