I just lost a savegame.
This was a hard save in "Olegs Handelsposten".
I wanted to save the third time in the same location, went ESC -> Save -> used the default filename -> You want to overwrite? -> Yes -> Error message about "object reference"
The save is gone.
I now use Quicksave before I hard save, which is more reliable.
