The game can be translated.
Parkan: THE IMPERIAL CHRONICLES it was only in Russian.

yes originally, but another company translated and released the game in english, so did monte cristo with parkan iron strategy the thing is GOG doesn't do translations, they only offer games as they were released. so I highly doubt they are going to offer a RU-only title.

Yes, it was a standalone game. Both parts can be installed and played separately and independently.
As far as I can tell - only on Torrents.
