I installed the game and checked the assets folder, but all I see are "music" and "sound" folders, and three files: "Art.dat", "Inconsolata-Bold.ttf", and "Version" and none of them will open how do i open them please

i cant see the
rulebook
poster
6 Degrees of Sabotage (PC)
or
Republia Times (PC)
anywhere in the folder please help me
