DENIED. Every. Single. Time.
Every time I found a reason, every time everything was in order, even when he straight up gives me his passport. DENIED. DENIED. DENIED. He loves me still, and still gave me 40c, and thanked me for being such a good guy [I did afterall help The Order overthrow the current horrible gov't of Arstotzka and help many many individuals get out of bad countries, even when their shit wasn't up to speed.] So how you can I not love him? Definitely the best character in the game.
