Obviously, this thread will contain spoilers so turn away if you haven't finished the game.

So, I've reached the final day, but I don't think there's any way for me to get a good ending without going back a lot.
- If I end the day as usual, my boss arrests me the next morning and puts me to jail for dealing with Ezic. My family's fate remains unknown.
or
- If I escape myself, I'm successful but my family's fate still remains unknown.

Neither ending gives me the Endless unlock code, so I guess I did something wrong at some point and now I might as well start over (don't mind though, the game's great!)

So, what should I pay extra attention to, in order to have a good ending? It seems the Ezic deals are mandatory, because otherwise I suspect Arstotzka will succumb to the will of Kolechia, unless the diplomat switch is made. And that probably contributes to a bad ending. But how do I deal with them so that at the end of the game, I don't get arrested? What happens in the end if I ignore Ezic entirely? Also, I remember that one day they asked me to shoot a guy in red - this would send me to jail but my family would be safe. I didn't do this, but if I did, would it have ended the game but given me a good ending?

And finally, I think if I should get passports for my whole family, we can all just illegally immigrate and I guess that would be a good ending too. But...how do they get their passports? Who deals them, and how do I purchase them? And how will I ever have 225 dollars in the bank in order to pay for them? Though I guess I could skip the better apartments entirely. They didn't seem to effect our well-being in any visible way. I already took the habit of buying food and heating the house every two days, not every day.

Please note this thread is not about asking what the code for Endless mode is. I'm just curious about what I need to do in order to achieve a good ending, which I believe is a requirement for getting that code.

I haven't gotten the code myself yet, so someone else will have to verify this, but I *believe* you need to not collaborate with them at all - don't do anything they ask you to unless it is literally unavoidable.

No, it would not have been a good ending. Go back and try it for yourself; it's day 23.

Confiscate them, just like you did for the first one. Yes, this earns you a citation, so you want to spread it out over two or three days. Remember, to escape with everyone, you'll need 5 passports (6 if you adopted your niece).

You won't need 225 dollars, only 125 (150 w/niece).

If you're efficient enough, it *is* possible to end the game in a class 6 apartment and still have enough to escape with everyone; I did that myself.

On the day you escape, you don't need to spend any money on food or heating at all, which should help a bit.

Thank you for your answers. I'm gonna try the "do not help Ezic no matter what!" method next.
Challage No citation to make it fun for you
"No citation" challenge is impossible. There are few places where citations are mandatory to complete the game.
