I really like this little gem of game. Quirky premise, nice and stylish realization, gripping gameplay... I do believe that it's replayability value is kinda high, with all the different endings and ways to play it through...

... but indeed, the more you play, the more the scripted events tend to flatten the experience, at least for me.

Does anybody know if there are even little hints, about some future plans from Pope for the implementation of new stories/paths, or some kind of Add-on/DLC, so to speak?

The developer Lukas Pope has announced his next project: "The next game from Papers Please developer Lucas Pope will be Return of the Obra Dinn, a mystery story about a long lost merchant, the designer revealed on the indie gaming discussion site TIGForums." Development Log.

Adding content into the storyline or extending it would be difficult compare to other games and let potential buyers hesitate and some would way for a really complete version.

The replay value is in my opinion partially high. Thanks due to the awesome saving system, it is easy to start a new branch of savegames from a playthrough and do different actions at the keypoints of the game.
First, I thoroughly enjoyed playing Papers, Please, it was great for a short game with some great flavor and compelling gameplay and uniqueness. Second, I found it to a be a bit short and not lacking as much depth as I see potential for and would love to get MORE. There is so much potential for updates/extentions to this game, and I don't generally like that for a lot of games. More characters with more noticeable outcomes on all sorts of levels, more days with a longer plot (easy to come up with many ideas for extending the plot and make it great too! Heck, Pope should contact me for some ideas/writing examples if he wants!)

I would also like a fact/stat chart on the people you deny or accept or at least the ones that I let through that had discrepancies but I trusted that they would "cause no trouble", and it would also be cool to see the people I denied because of whatever reason but were actually good people that you a.) sent back to their dooms in one way or another or b.) they went on to commit varying degrees of crime, including on a diplomatic level. And of course, tell me what happens to all my detainees! All we need is a spread-sheet of facts generated based on the complex formulas that are already implemented for the discrepancy system in the first place.
