Great game, but I can barely hear it with OS X Lion. It's fine with Windows. Is there a fix or am I missing something?

I know this does not solve your problem but I wanted to give you a couple more OSX data points: I am running 10.8.5 and do not have any sound issues. The game, and sound, even seem to work on my creaky 10.6.8 laptop.

Is all of your software up to date?

I believe it is. I'm currently running 10.7.5. I find windows easier to update via Microsoft Update or by going to various manufacturer websites for updates. One other thing, I am using the built-in speakers that came with my late 2011 iMac. When I get the time, I'll into it further. Thanks for the reply.

I finally figured it out. My volume slider was only at 50%. See what using PC's for over thirty years can do the brain lol.
