It happened right after the battle with the Knight. My party defeated the Knight and then bought some new equipment at the shop. Suddenly, their hitpoints glitch out. Bringing them into battle after this results in a battle where they cannot attack or be attacked by the enemy.

I tried loading an earlier saved game but the same bug happened again.

This happened on my first playthrough. Is this a known issue of some kind, or am I just very lucky?
