I cant launch game after installation, aplication cant find file d3dx9_42.dll

You need to install the latest version of DirectX. There's a link on the support page :

After installing DX9 you may have a PG.exe is not working message.
To correct this you need to rename the DDRAW.DLL file to something else. I changed mine to NotDDraw.dll
