OK so don't laugh, I have windows 8. I got to the polish scenario and the game won't allow me to properly deploy my troops... I can only deploy around my supply points rather than on the front lines like in the original game... ugh, almost makes the game useless....

Any thoughts?

Sorry just noticed this post, but I found that if one even so much go into any other screen other than the default deployment screen that comes up when you start the mission, the hexes go away, and revert to deployment around supply points only.

Just my 2 cents, my advice is start the game again and see if you can see the deployment area.
