I am running Panzer General 3 on windows 10 and have this issue show up when I try to start a campaign.

There is a black box covering the top left corner of the screen and it won't go away........

Please help!!!!

Sorry, I don't have a fix. Just to say I have the exact same problem.

Also there is a smaller black box around the in-game cursor.

I'm having the same issue. This game is unplayable on WIndows 10.
