Moby Games website says this about Panzer Elite Special Edition:

100 different vehicles? I'm highly skeptical. Is that correct?
British and Russians? Winter and Night? Where is that? All I see is Desert, Italy, and Normandy. I don't remember any Russians in any of those campaigns.
