simple question, how do I toggle it on and off? once I activate it it seems I can't turn it off

Wingman Waits command. IIRC ctrl-w.. Not a toggle but causes Winman to halt its activity. But the AI will still protect itself if threatened

Also, cease fire is= ctrl-X works too
