Nglide 2.00 with vulcan api backend fixes the problem.
http://www.zeus-software.com/downloads/nglide
Just download it, then extract to the pandemonium folder.
Run nglide configurator and set video backend to vulkan.
Vulkan needs a Radeon 77xx series or newer / Geforce gtx 660 or newer video card.
