Anyone can tell me how unlock the 1st level of 2nd chapter of Painkiller???? Because it starts directly from the 2nd level!!!!!

You need to collect all 22 tarot cards on the insomnia difficulty.

I thought you had to play on Nightmare or Trauma difficulty to unlock it.
The level is called Prison. It's tarot is unlocked by not using explosive weapons, and will give you the Replenish card (silver) which makes ammo boxes give you twice the normal amount of ammo.

Yup, you need to play nightmare or trauma. Think there's a level later in another chapter you have to play on trauma to unlock.

What's worst is the tarot card you get from it is so utterly worthless. Tarot cards are free to place? Gee thanks, now what do I do with this pile of 12000 gold coins?
