Not coz I don't like shooters per se, I'm just not good at them.

1. I don't like games where you have to be super precise with the mouse constantly
2. My reflexes are good enough, but usually I panic when there is too much action going on
3. I don't like games where I have to keep and eye on and do several things in real time ( keep an eye on health, reload, shoot the sniper first, there's a 1x1 pixel that looks like a guy with a bazooka, look around quickly while shooting the previous bad guys I had spotted, reload, duck they're shooting at me, reload, watch the health .. dead .. )
Some of that is OK in a game that has other merits. But a game that's constantly that Just stresses me out.

I usually play shooter games on the easiest setting.
I just finished XIII on normal ( except for a small part where I had to lower the difficulty to easy )

Painkiller looks great, the user reviews praise it. Seems like an excellent game to own .. but it's not my genre ..

So given all that ? Should I get PainKiller anyway ?
I'm sure I won't hate it and could finish it on 'easy' ..

tell me why you think this game is great for ANY gamer to play.

You don't have to be super precise, for the most part, reflexes should get you through it just fine. However, there is a lot going on in the game, you do have to keep an eye on your health and ammo (no reloading, though, so you're good there), but you do really have to keep moving and looking for ammo while also checking the hordes of enemies coming at you. I'd have to say it's not what you're looking for.
just to add more info,

usually i like RPGs, Turn baseed Strategy games and some adventure..

but I like to try other types of games and sometimes end up liking some of them.

Is there anything that you would suggest from the GOG catalog ? :)

As far as FPS's go? I'm not quite certain, since the faster ones are more my style, and I've never played XIII so I really have no comparison. Maybe Far Cry? It's a little slower and more tactical.
After reading your original post, shadi.lahham, I have to say I agree with doccarnby that Painkiller is probably not what you're looking for -- especially because, more often than not, you're frantically fighting large numbers of monsters at the same time.

I suggest trying Unreal Gold instead. It's a bit slower-paced, has beautifully designed levels that tend to be quite open, and its encounters tend to require a more thoughtful approach instead of "frantically run around and mow down everything in sight". It also has an interesting story that, in my opinion, is presented better than what you find in most FPS games.

Damn, don't give up on Painkiller, it's a great game.
Even if you are not good at FPS, you can have LOTS of fun with Stake Gun.
Add to that great heavy metal soundtrack, you will feel like a bloody, evil butcher.

Painkiller is not about being precise. You will be forced to deal with mulitiple enemies. You will feel a need for a break, it's like a rollercoaster ;)

2. My reflexes are good enough, but usually I panic when there is too much action going on

I suck in games like Quake. I just don't have idea what's going on, the level of skill of other players is too high, they are familiar with maps etc.
Painkiller is not like that. It has lot's of action, but it's not e-sport game like Quake. It feels more like Postal or Carmageddon.

3. I don't like games where I have to keep and eye on and do several things in real time

Painkiller is more like "God damn, here they come!" :D
You will constantly think about funny ways of killing monsters and you will be sweating yourself to survive ;) It feels more like adrenaline rush from racing games.
Quake-like games require very high level of skill, Painkiller gives more room for fun and creativity in terms of FPS.

And above all, Painkiller is ridiculous, just like Serious Sam. Slaying evil monks in a cathedral with a heavy metal background is just absurd.
