Sometimes the mouse movements and clicks have a lag of 1-2 seconds. I already lowered graphics to medium (I have an Intel HD4000). Is there a way to have more control over the display config, like removing the motion blur etc?

EDIT: never mind, didn't see the "custom" option in the display config.
