Whenever I launch the game it constantly looks down and left

The mouse I'm using is a Corsair Glaive Pro

Just a thought: such things happen sometimes in windows 10 if you use a controller, because windows want to use the controller as mouse without a good offsetpoint... thanks to mircosoft :( So if you have a controller, disconnect it and look if its gone. If not it may be related to the game or another problem.
