I tried the registry thing, but im missing one of the entries i was supposed to delete anyway. I tried renaming olwin.exe, but that didn't change anything. Anyone know what I might do? This is on Windows 11

Music works only with non-galaxy version because a file is missing

The best course of action is simply to download offline installer (even via Galaxy), install it into desired folder - and everything starts to work (the offline installer also suppots 3Dfx accelerated version "straight-out-of-the-box" - however, this can be fixed in the Galaxy version - unlike the music, which is irreparably(?) broken in Galaxy version).
