I wanted to buy this game, but before I do, I need to know for sure that I can aim with the mouse.

Mouselook is the default control method.

Avaruz: I wanted to buy this game, but before I do, I need to know for sure that I can aim with the mouse. I tried a version of this game a few years back, but could not get mouselook to work. I saw it on a youtube video, and was expecting it to work in game.

Does it work "out of the box", do I need some elaborate fix, or is this feature broken?
Only time mouse look doesn't work is in windowed mode for some reason but otherwise it works perfectly fine in full screen mode.

Or if you change the Options > mouse settings.
I accidentally thought they were not right by their wording, and changed them, and mouse look didnt work.
Reset to default and it worked fine.
