I'm noticing similar issues. It can be seen easily in the sawmill map on the outside, the partially transparent grass on the walls will move when you kind of move and look around. I don't recall this being a thing in the original i think it might be a graphical error.

Yeah, its really noticeable on the fence surrounding the first level too and some other things.
It's an issue with hardware accelerated graphics.
