I´m having trouble trying to run Outlaws. So far:
* GOG Launcher doesn´t work, so it seems nglide_config.exe is useless. When I launch it, it just closes without any kind of warning. Nothing on the Event Viewer either.
* Oldcfg.exe and olwin.exe work, but I´m stuck without any kind of improvement like resolution. Colors on videos are wrong.
* Outlaws.exe doesn´t work either.

I have Windows 7 64bits and the game is installed on a network drive. I´ve tried running the game on C: and it´s exactly the same.

Any ideas? How do you run Outlaws?

Managed to make it work after searching info on how everything works, so here´s all the info for people who is having trouble too:
1) Run Oldcfg.exe, and select 3dfx for graphic device (resolution doesn´t matter) and DirectSound for sound device. Ignore any dll errors and apply the config (you can change some graphic and sound settings on the "Advanced" buttons on both devices).
2) Run nglide_config.exe and select the settings you would like (resolution, aspect ratio, etc).
3) Run the game from outwin.exe and ignore the rest of the executables.

Sometimes the exe stops working at all. Try restarting the computer for fixing this, as once it starts failing, it won´t run at all. Sometimes, you get a black screen after loading the game. Pressing esc key sends you to the intro movie.

If you have trouble on cinematics and menus with wrong colors, try a DirectDraw wrapper, like Dxgl:

Still looking around:
* The game doesn´t have some much needed keys, like previous/next weapon or run always, so I´m struggling with xpadder to find the best solution for playing on a gamepad.
* All the music cycles on all the levels, when each track is supposed to be for a specific level. I still don´t know the cause or if it´s fixable.
