Title says it all. olcfg.exe does not launch no matter what compatibility settings I used. I even tried to force settings in registry, I've even restarted 2 times. No dice. Looking for solutions gives me either non-solutions or solutions for a completely different game, I'm at my wits end. Any special fixes?
