Hi there. I am trying to find a solution to my problem, but nothing yet. I just installed the game, and after launching it, the screent turns black, and nothings happens. I do not hear any music, keys are not working (waited for about 1 minute). The only way to exist is via CTRL ALT DELETE or lots of ESC (both cases, the game crashes). I am under windows 8.1, a GTX 560 TI video cards (drivers are up to date).Thank you very much if any of you has a solution.

Are you running the game as admin?
Make sure all the exe files are being run as admin in the exe's properties.

Game was always crashing (black screen, huge system slowdown, video error) after intro cartoon.
I had to change my refresh rate back to 60hz (from 144hz) and disable GSync for the game to work perfectly fine (using nGlide 1080p, 60hz and Vsync).

I would like to point out that the exact same black screen (complete freeze) happens if your third party firewall ask permissions for Outlaws. This game can't handle the interrupt during intro.
