In the walkthrough : A little while after getting the fourth Mon, you'll get another
transmission. It may take several minutes, so be patient. Another
requirement may be to clean out High Town in Talanzaar if you haven't
already done so.

But after I got the 4th mon, I wait a long time no transmission come up.
Also I've cleaned out the High Town in Talanzaar long time ago.
Any hints?

I load the game before I got the 4th mon and play again. The transmission just came up.

For me it always worked fine to use a Daoka. Then the transmissions always showed up
