I placed the three essence idols in the various temples and got the cut scene. I went back to temple Fae to place the essence idol there, but I can't find a place to put it. I assumed it was the slanted gray stone slab that looks similar to the alters on at the other temples, but there is no slot to place it.

You need to climb up near the top of the temple, so you can see the flame on top. If you circle around, you will eventually see a slot to put the idol in. I believe the specific spot is to the north of the two Daokas.

the problem the steps are not raised, when I insert the 3 Mon, the video make vedre that they are raised and then they fall back

I believe that the steps will only rise if you've placed the idols in the correct places. You will get some hints from various Talan about the correct order to place the idols, but even with those I got it wrong a couple times first before I figured it out. If you've placed the idols in the wrong temples, you can go back and pick them up again, and try a different placement. If I remember correctly, when you've placed an idol correctly, you will see a short cutscene showing the steps rising; that's how you know you got it right.

In summary, you want to place the Eluee stone in the Temple Ka, the Ka stone in Temple Gandha, and the Fae stone in Temple Eluee. This should trigger a cutscene at Temple Fae of the steps rising. When you go to Temple Fae you should find a Talan who will come out of one of the Daokas there and give you the last stone (the Gandha stone). This may have already happened for you if you've already attacked the Temple Fae. The last thing you must do is place the Gandha stone in the Temple Fae. This should let you reach the Mon.

you need to get the right combination in the right order.
you have to put on every altar the symbol of the yod that the yod of this temple rules. the theory of shankra goes in reverse from what shown in the tablet the shamaz gave you.
earth rules air, so you have to put the symbol of air in the temple of earth
air rules water, symbol of water in temple of air
water rules fire, symbol of fire in temple of water
fire rules earth, the altar will remain up, you will put the symbol of earth and the flame will go out
